Garbage to Carbon & Carbon to Oil
Energy w/ Waste Partners (ie. Ew/W) reduces Municipal Solid Wastes (ie. MSW) to Carbon, and converts Carbon to blended heating oil (ie. BHOil)
Ew/W is in the process of building a Demonstrator Plant to reduce 75 tonnes per day of MSW to BHOil and then Electricity (via. Diesel/electric)
Ew/W is calling for Investors to share the following "very exceptional Offer"
- $1000 Invested, returns 0.2% per month, 10% per year and a piece of ownership.
- Certificates of Investment --- One Common per 1000 Preferred shares.
- Refunds, if requested, within one week including interest due.
- This "Offer" is limited when $2 Mil is raised Estimated cost of Demo. Plant)
- This "Offer" is also limited to a maximum of 100 common for any Investor (The Equal ownership of Inventor/Owner.)
It is anticipated the Demo., will open a multi-million dollar field of which Ew/W and Partners would hopefully own a portion, with each to be negotiated.
Solid wastes to BHOil can eliminate, practically all new landfill and incineration sites, both being major polluters. Anything going through the Ew/W process would be sterilized, therefore suitable for fills, berms etc, if recycling is not an option.
Saving the Earth the Ew/W way, eliminates the gases to atmosphere, toxic gamble from underground streams, trucking pollution, and the manufacture of Dioxins and Furans.
It is an answer to the plastic waste problem --- and--- might even lower the tax burden .
Note: -- One tonne of MSW has equivalent energy of two barrels of oil.

Company Information
The Company (Energy w/ Waste Partners) has proven the technology and now plans to build a Demonstrating Plant --- (75 tonnes per day, costing approximately $2 Mil.) An Ew/W plant producing electricity at 6 cts./kw-hr and $50/tonne tip fee would have a payback within 2 years (both the 6 and 50 are low --- 12 & 100 often available) --- A limited number of shares of this new company is available, on the basis of --- One common (ownership) share with 1000 interest paying preferred shares of $1 per share to pay interest of 10% per Annum.
The new Investors of Ew/W will be Majority Owners.
